Optional Personal Use Supply Lists

2026 - 2027

Kindergarten – Please put your name on binders, crayon box, and backpack only.

• 2 boxes of crayons (please no more than 24 and no markers or colored pencils)
• 4 #2 plain pencils
• 2 bottles of glue (4 oz white only)
• 1 8x5 pencil box (no cloth or locking)
• 1 backpack LARGE ENOUGH TO PUT A COAT IN
• 1 basic 3 ring binder 3 inch only please
• 1 basic 3 ring binder ½ inch only please
• 2 black dry erase markers
• Headphones (headphones with cords only, no bluetooth, no microphone)

1st Grade

• 40 #2 wooden yellow pencils without names (no designs)
• 15 Glue Sticks
• 1 Bottle of white Elmer’s glue
• 3 Boxes of 24 count Crayola Crayons
• 3 Large pink erasers
• 1 Pair of scissors with metal blades
• 2 2-pocket plastic or heavy-duty folders
• 1 Set of watercolors (Crayola or Prang)
• 6 Black dry erase markers
• 2 Yellow Highlighters
• 1 Pair of good quality wired headphones (no earbuds or wireless headphones)
• 1 Pencil box/crayon box approximately 8”x5”
• 1 Backpack with a name- Please send to school every day.

*Please do not send pencil sharpeners, markers, pens, or colored pencils. If headphones are broken, they will need to be replaced during the school year.

2nd Grade – Label all items with name

• 6 glue sticks*
• 3 boxes of crayons (24 count)*
• 3 packages pencils*
• 2 packages cap erasers*
• 5 spiral Single subject notebooks
• 3 2-pocket folders
• 12 Expo dry erase markers (black)
• 2 highlighters
• 1 backpack
• 2 pair scissors
• 1 pair headphones
• 1 small pencil pouch
• 1 inch binder (only if you are new to Tyhee this year)

**Place items marked with a * in a gallon sized Ziploc bag

3rd Grade – Label all items with name

• 24 #2 plain pencils, preferably sharpened
• 1 packages 24 count crayons
• 2 heavy duty vinyl pocket folder
• 1 wide-ruled composition notebooks (not spiral)
• 1 zipper pencil pouch (no boxes)
• 1 package pencil top erasers
• 1 24 count colored pencils
• 1 pair of scissors
• 1 pair headphones with microphone (no Bluetooth)
• 1 inch binder (only if you are new to Tyhee this year)

**No pens, markers, mechanical pencils, or pencil sharpeners

4th Grade – Label all items with child’s name except for pencils

• 3 - 70 count spiral notebooks
• 3 - Composition notebooks
• 25 - #2 pencils - (Dixon Ticonderoga preferred)
• 1 - Package of pencil top erasers
• 1 - Pink eraser
• 2 - Plastic folders with fasteners and pockets
• 3 - Regular folders with pockets at bottom
• 1 - Large pencil box
• 4 - Large glue sticks
• 1 - Box 24 crayons
• 1 - Box colored pencils (24 count)
• 1 - Pair sharp pointed 8 inch scissors
• 2 - Red pens
• 6 - Black Expo markers
• 8 - Count pkg. subject dividers
• 150 - Sheets loose-leaf paper
• 1 - Pair wired headphones

**No personal pencil sharpeners or mechanical pencils please

5th Grade

• 2 - 24 packages of pencils (Ticonderoga preferred, some mechanical pencils okay-but buy lead replacements for the mechanical pencils)
• 3 pink erasers
• 1 package of red ink pens
• 4 different colored highlighters
• 1 box of colored pencils
• 1 box crayola colored markers (no sharpies)
• 16 black Expo Markers Chisel Tip preferred
• 1 pencil box
• 2 spiral notebooks (70 Sheets and College Ruled)
• 2 package of college ruled loose-leaf paper
• 11-inch 3 ring binder (New to Tyhee students only)
• 3 folders with pockets
• 3 - 4 glue sticks
• 1 bottle of white liquid Elmer's glue
• Optional Mouse for chromebooks (batteries will NOT be supplied)
• 1 pair of non-Bluetooth headphones with microphone (they will need to be replaced if they are broken during the year)
• 1 pair of pointy scissors

**In February, each student will need a trifold (Specifications will come when it gets closer)
